LaunchX
Design your own rocket.
The Al Amal Space Club at GEMS New Millennium School is proud to present LaunchX ’26, AstroNexus’s own rocketry event. Participants design their own model rocket — launched live from the school’s football field during the event.
Students work with a randomly selected teammate on the design and presentation of their rocket, in the spirit of inter-school camaraderie and healthy competition. Teams get an hour and a half for design and construction, followed by a presentation of their project and teamwork.
